A fresh approach to a beloved story.
We follow Jo, the second eldest of the March sisters, as she struggles to find an ending to her novel. With the help of Professor Bhaer she weaves the story of how she and her sisters grew up in America.
Even though money is short, times are tough and their father is away, their infectious sense of fun sweeps everyone up in their adventures. And, through sisterly squabbles and tragic losses, the March girls discover that growing up is sometimes very hard to do.
This classic story embodies the complete theatrical experience, guaranteeing laughter, tears and a lifting of the spirit.
OVO’s brand new musical adaptation, perfect for all the family, returns by popular demand after its critically acclaimed sellout debut run in 2022.
This production can also be seen at Polesden Lacey, Surrey, from 1st – 2nd July 2023.
