A morning of slow flow yoga, breathing and relaxation in the beautiful surroundings of the Roman Theatre. Soak up the beauty and peace of this ancient space just after sunrise at 6:30am – 7:30am.
The class will start with centring and breathwork, followed by a mindful flow yoga movement practice, and finishing with a deep relaxation. Then enjoy some coffee and croissants afterwards!
This class is suitable for all levels. Please bring your own yoga mat and cosy layers and/or a blanket for relaxation.
Class size is limited to 15, so we recommend you book early to secure your place!
Yoga classes at the Roman Theatre are not part of the OVO season ticket.
