Season Ticket use

The standard Season Ticket can be used as soon as the Roman Theatre box office opens for priority booking on 13th February 2026, through to the end of the festival on 31st August 2026

Your Season Ticket Card will be available for collection upon your first visit to the Roman Theatre. Please ask for your card at the front entrance gate. Season Ticket holders will need to present their e-ticket to gain entry to the Roman Theatre, and show their Season Ticket card to claim a discount at our bar. 

Season Tickets are not transferable and can only be used by you – the named cardholder – to book tickets for yourself or to receive the benefits available.

Booking for shows

The Season Ticket will be activated on your OVO account, so all you need to do is login to the OVO website at www.ovo.org.uk and book your ticket – you will be credited for one ticket per performance at checkout. Ensure you are logged in to your OVO account before booking.

If you require assistance with your booking (such as booking seats next to friends or family or for group bookings), please email our box office team at help@ovo.org.uk and they will be happy to help.

Unlimited tickets

You – the named Season Ticket holder – can come to as many performances of the 4 OVO shows and your selected visiting theatre show as you like. The number of performances available will vary per show and all bookings are subject to availability. 

If you would like to see the same show more than once, you will need to email help@ovo.org.uk so our box office team can assist you with this.

10% discount on tickets for other shows/events

The discount will be added automatically in your basket when booking online for other events, such as music performances.

Free Ticket Exchange Service

If you are unable to attend a performance, tickets can be exchanged for another performance of the same show (subject to availability). To request an exchange email help@ovo.org.uk. Ticket price variances may apply to non OVO productions.

10% discount on snacks & drinks

To receive a 10% discount on drinks and snacks at the Roman Theatre Bar, simply present your Season Ticket card at checkout. This discount does not apply to items purchased at any other food and drink concessions at the Roman Theatre.

E-newsletter and communication

Tickets, joining information, news, notification of priority booking periods and any show updates will be sent in the OVO e-newsletter. 

Make sure you opt in to postal and email communications and register your email address to guarantee you receive important news from us. Communication preferences can be checked on your account online or by emailing help@ovo.org.uk. 

Data protection

Personal details will be stored on our database. Your data will be processed and stored in line with the General Data Protection Regulations (2016). You can view our privacy policy here.

Gifting Season Tickets

Season Tickets can be bought as gifts. Please email help@ovo.org.uk for more information.

Conditions of refund

Season Tickets are non refundable and non transferable.

Further conditions

We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Season Ticket Scheme at any time. Benefits may be altered by OVO at our discretion. We reserve the right to change the advertised show titles. Season Ticket cards remain the property of OVO and OVO reserves the right to refuse or terminate the Season Ticket and its associated benefits at any time.
