Season Ticket use
The Premium Season Ticket can be used as soon as the Roman Theatre box office opens for priority booking on 6th February 2026, through to the end of the festival on 31st August 2026.
Your Season Ticket Card will be available for collection upon your first visit to the Roman Theatre Open Air Festival. Please ask for your card at the front entrance gate.
Season Ticket holders will need to present their e-ticket to gain entry to the Roman Theatre, and show their Season Ticket card to claim a discount at our bar.
Season Tickets are not transferable and can only be used by you – the named cardholder – to book tickets for yourself or to receive the benefits available.
Booking for shows
The Season Ticket will be activated on your OVO account, so all you need to do is login to the OVO website at www.ovo.org.uk and book your ticket – you will be credited for one ticket per performance at checkout. Ensure you are logged in to your OVO account before booking. If you require assistance with your booking (such as booking seats next to friends or family or for group bookings), please email our box office team at members@ovo.org.uk and they will be happy to help.
Unlimited tickets
You – the named Season Ticket holder – can come to as many performances as you like.The number of performances available will vary per show and all bookings are subject to availability.
If you would like to see the same show more than once, you will need to email members@ovo.org.uk so that our Box Office team can assist you with this.
Priority Booking
As a Premium Season Ticket holder, you can book tickets from 6th February 2026, 14 days before the festival box office opens to the general public on 20th February 2026.
If any new shows are added to the lineup after this date, you will be notified in advance and given 48 hours priority booking on new shows added.
Free tickets for friends and family
A total of 2 free tickets for Premium Season Ticket holders’ friends or family can be redeemed for an off-peak performance during the Festival. Guests must be accompanied by the Season Ticket holder and free tickets are subject to availability.

Free Ticket Exchange Service
If you are unable to attend a performance, tickets can be exchanged for another performance of the same show (subject to availability). To request an exchange email members@ovo.org.uk. Ticket price variances may apply to non OVO productions.
Premium seating area
Premium Season Ticket holders will be able to book seats at no extra cost in the Premium seating area, comprising an elevated section with all weather cover and comfy seats. This option will be available to select when booking tickets online. Seats in this area are limited and subject to availability, so booking early is recommended.
Complimentary drinks
Premium Season Ticket holders are entitled to 1 complimentary drink (single spirit, standard wine, prosecco, beer, cider or ale or any soft drink) at each performance they attend. Alcoholic specials are excluded. To claim your complimentary drink, simply show your Premium Season Ticket card at the Roman Theatre bar.
20% discount at our bar
In addition to a complimentary drink, Premium Season Ticket holders will also receive a 20% discount on drinks and snacks at the Roman Theatre bar. Simply present your Season Ticket card at checkout.
This discount does not apply to items purchased at any other food and drink concessions at the Roman Theatre.
Invitation to Festival Launch Event
You will receive your invitation to the 2026 Festival launch party by email.
Wall of Fame
Names of Premium Season Ticket holders will be displayed on a Wall of Fame at the entrance to the Roman Theatre. If you do not wish to have your name included, please email members@ovo.org.uk.
E-newsletter and communication
Tickets, joining information, news, notification of priority booking periods and any show updates will be sent in the OVO e-newsletter.
Make sure you opt in to postal and email communications and register your email address to guarantee you receive important news from us. Communication preferences can be checked on your account online or by emailing members@ovo.org.uk.
Data protection
Personal details will be stored on our database. Your data will be processed and stored in line with the General Data Protection Regulations (2016). You can view our privacy policy here.
Gift Aid
We’re a charity and if you are a UK taxpayer and provide us with a Gift Aid declaration, we can reclaim 25p for every £1 you give us. To find out what proportion of your Season Ticket counts as a donation, please contact members@ovo.org.uk.

Conditions of refund
Season Tickets are non refundable and non transferable.
Further conditions
We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Season Ticket Scheme at any time. Benefits may be altered by OVO at our discretion. We reserve the right to change the advertised show titles. Season Ticket cards remain the property of OVO and OVO reserves the right to refuse or terminate the Season Ticket and its assoc
